Fun fact: I’d never been on San Francisco’s Municipal Pier until about a month ago. Lots of fishermen, bikers, and gulls. A shame that large portions of it are fenced off due to disrepair. Great view from the opposite end of Aquatic Park, though. You can see the Balclutha, the Transamerica Pyramid, and even Coit Tower in the distance.

BRB, Going To Hawaii…Again!
Hey, folks. Happy Thanksgiving! Things are going to be a little quieter on the blog this week, because I’m heading out to Hawaii in just a bit. If you recall, I went to Maui back in May. This time, I’ll be headed to the Big Island itself. I expect to have lots of adventures, and to take tons of awesome photos! If you want to stay in touch, my Twitter will still be working. Have great, safe holiday. Take care of yourselves and those you care about. I’ll be back soon!

Weekly Photo Challenge: Work of Art, Or: Pailoa Bay, Hawaii
Image
Humanity has produced some incredible art throughout its history. However, Mother Nature trumps them all in raw beauty and spectacle. This was taken last week at Pailoa Bay, along the legendary Road To Hana. I thought places like this only existed in postcards. But that’s exactly what it looks like, no color filters or tweaking at all! If you love nature photography at all, put this – and the Road To Hana entirely – on your bucket list.
I seriously didn’t want to leave.
Zip-lining On Maui
Video
Hey, folks. Glad to be back. I spent last week on Maui. It was my first time there, so I was sure to do and see tons of stuff. One of which was zip-lining at Twin Falls, just a few miles into the Road to Hana. I managed to record part of the course. It was the most exhilarating thing I’d done in recent memory. How about you?
