This week’s challenge is all about stuff being enveloped, and I remembered a particularly spectacular February evening in San Francisco. This was taken at the very end of Divisadero Street, by the marina. Not only was the sunset amazing, but the clouds coming in seemed to swallow the city whole. Large version available here.
This week’s challenge requires lots of orange-themed photos, so I thought I’d look back at some of my travels over the past year…
This week’s photo challenge is all about reward. For me, nothing is more rewarding than taking a journey and finding something amazing at the end. Yesterday, I walked about 11 miles all around San Francisco starting at Market Street and finishing at Crissy Field. While I didn’t know where I’d end up, I enjoyed the sunset near the Golden Gate Bridge.
Because after spending all day on a road trip, there’s only one place to get a fresh marlin burger.
This week’s challenge calls for something warm (definitely needed here right now!), and I immediately thought of this awesome sunset I saw during the Royal Kona Luau on the Big Island.
This week’s photo challenge calls for something twinkly, and the sunset I saw at the Royal Kona Luau instantly came to mind. I’ve got quite a few photos of this particular evening – you’ll see soon enough – but this one caught a wave at just the right moment.
