There are a lot of koi ponds on Maui, including the one at the entrance to the Grand Wailea. I had originally intended to take pictures of the small horde of fish, but then a small flower drifted into sight and gave the shot something extra.
Imagine that you’re wandering around San Francisco. You’re surrounded by buildings and aren’t sure where you’re going. You happen to glance at *just* the right angle…and there’s a tiger on the side of the building! Talk about your urban jungle.
